Comments: Sirvent family has been producing orgeat, ice creams and nougats since the beginning of the 20th century. Well deserved is its great popularity, probably thanks to the tiger nut with which they elaborate the, possibly, best orgeat of the city. The new multigastronomic space Sirvent Barcelona, ??opened in 2016 and located in the Ronda Sant Pau, works as a restaurant but also has a tasting bar where to buy their specialties.
